Girls Basketball
25-26 TEAM
Girls Basketball is a winter season sport that empowers 4th and 5th-grade students to develop basketball fundamentals while building confidence and teamwork. Following late fall practices, players compete against other Huntington County elementary schools before advancing to the highly anticipated Huntington County tournament to determine the girls champion. Teams from Andrews, Flint Springs, Horace Mann, Lincoln, Roanoke, and Salamonie showcase their skills in games typically scheduled alongside boys games at the same schools, with girls taking the court first in each doubleheader.
The Huntington County Championship game is on the 'big stage' of Bob Straight Court in North Arena.
